Entre a fé que guia e a resistência que move
escrevivências de uma mulher negra em sua carreira religiosa no interior de Minas Gerais

Este artigo analisa a trajetória de mulheres negras do interior de Minas Gerais a partir da Escrevivência de Lúcia, personagem construída com base nas narrativas de doze participantes e nas memórias da primeira autora. O objetivo é compreender como fé e religiosidade, enquanto marcadores sociais da diferença, atravessam e reconfiguram carreiras em contextos de vulnerabilidade social, racial e de gênero. O estudo ancora-se no feminismo negro interseccional e na Escrevivência, concebidos como gesto político, epistemológico e metodológico. As análises indicam que a religiosidade não se limita ao campo espiritual, mas atua como estratégia de pertencimento, resistência e reinvenção diante das estruturas de opressão. A trajetória de Lúcia revela os entrelaçamentos de raça, classe, gênero, território, violência e religiosidade, transformando a carreira missionária em espaço de agência e disputa simbólica. Conclui-se que o sucesso, nesse contexto, é ressignificado pelo impacto comunitário e pela ética do cuidado, legitimando epistemologias situadas que descolonizam saberes e rompem com parâmetros neoliberais que definem trajetórias de carreiras.
